Party lights, loud music, and a room full of women who came to move — not to be judged. No intimidation. Just dancing. Leave your self-consciousness at the door.

 

💃 The moves

Simple, easy-to-follow choreography you can pick up fast. If something doesn't feel right, just move. Low- and high-impact options for everyone. All fitness levels, no dance experience needed. There's no wrong way to do this.

 

💪 The workout

You won't realise you're exercising until you're an hour in and still smiling. House, EDM, hip-hop, afro, dancehall... played loud enough to lose yourself in.

GOT QUESTIONS? 

 

  • I can't dance → Zero dance experience needed. The moves are simple, and we learn together.

  • I'm not fit enough → You go at your own pace. We have women of all fitness levels in every class.

  • I'll feel out of place → Everyone was new once. It's one of the most welcoming rooms you'll walk into.

  • Can I come on my own? → Most women do. You'll walk out with new friends.

  • What music do you play? → House, EDM, hip-hop, afro, dancehall and a sprinkle of pop. Old school anthems and new trending tracks — played loud enough to lose yourself in.

  • What do I wear? → Comfortable workout clothes and sneakers. It can get warm, so wear something light. A singlet and shorts work perfectly. Bring water.

  • How does it work? → Purchase your pass, then book into your 3 classes anytime over 4 weeks. Tuesday or Saturday — your choice.

  • Where is it? → 162 Harbord Rd, Brookvale, inside Luxe Yoga and Fitness.
