Do I need to be fit to join?
Not at all. There’s no fitness level required, no experience needed, and no pressure to keep up. We modify every move so you can go at your own pace, and there’s always something you can do. Need a breather? Take it. Want to freestyle? Go for it. This is movement that meets you where you’re at, not the other way around.

I’ve never done dance fitness before, will I be able to keep up?
Absolutely. Dance Fit isn’t about steps or choreography — it’s about following the music and moving how it feels good. The moves are simple, repetitive, and designed to make you feel like you’re crushing it, not confused. No mirrors. No pressure. Just a banger of a playlist and good vibes.

What should I wear?
Whatever makes you feel good and lets you move. Leggings, a tee, crop top, oversized hoodie — no dress code, no judgment. Wear trainers with some support, and don’t worry about matching activewear. We’re here to move, not impress.

What should I bring?
Just the basics: water, a towel, supportive sneakers, and your good vibes (or at least your best attempt).

Is it high intensity?
The energy is high, but the pressure isn’t. Dance Fit is high-energy but low-pressure. You can take breaks, modify moves, and move how it feels good for you. Strength and Flow are slower-paced, but still deliver that feel-good burn. Bottom line: You control the intensity. We’re just here to bring the beats.

I’m nervous to come — is that normal?
Totally. Trying something new always feels a bit scary. But once you walk through the door, the nerves melt away. The lights go down, the music comes up, and you realise, no one’s watching you, they’re with you. Come as you are. Leave feeling better.

Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. Spots are limited and classes often fill. Booking ahead guarantees your place. If you can’t make it, just cancel in advance so someone else can jump in.

What are the age limits?


Our classes are for women 18+. You don’t need to be young, fit, or coordinated — just ready to move and feel good.

What class passes do you offer?

Where are the classes held?
📍All classes are hosted at the beautiful Luxe Yoga & Fitness studio - 1/162 Harbord Road, Brookvale. There’s free on-street parking nearby, easy and convenient.

Can I attend if I have an injury, or I’m pregnant or postnatal?
As long as you’ve been cleared by your health professional to exercise, you’re welcome to join. Let me know where you're at, I’ll help you find the right class and movement style to suit your body. 👉 details below.
