Class Bookings

By booking or attending a class with Balances & Beats Fitness (BBF), you agree to the following terms.

All classes must be booked through our website unless you are on a membership with a reserved weekly spot.

Memberships include a pre-booked weekly class, which is held for you each week.

We reserve the right to change class times, formats, or locations with notice.

Memberships

Memberships provide a reserved spot in one nominated weekly class and are billed monthly on an automatic recurring basis.

If you are unable to attend your usual class:
• You must cancel your booking in advance via the app or Members Area
• You may attend the alternate weekly class at another time within the same calendar month (subject to availability)
• You must contact us to request and confirm your make-up booking

Please note:
• Make-up classes must be used within the same calendar month
• Sessions do not roll over to future months
• If you do not cancel in advance, the session is forfeited

Members may attend additional classes at a discounted rate using the code provided after sign-up.

Memberships can be paused or cancelled via your account. Cancellations must be made prior to the next billing date.

Health & Safety

By participating, you confirm you are fit to take part in physical activity.

Classes are group-based and not individually tailored. You are responsible for moving at a pace that feels right for your body, taking breaks when needed, and adjusting movements as required.

You must notify the instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations before class.

You participate at your own risk and release BBF from liability for injury unless caused by negligence, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Emergency

You consent to BBF contacting your emergency contact and seeking medical assistance on your behalf if required. Any associated costs are your responsibility.

Behaviour & Respect

BBF is an inclusive, judgement-free space.

Disrespectful, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from class without refund.

We reserve the right to refuse service or entry at our discretion.

Media & Photography

From time to time, we may take photos or videos during class for promotional purposes.

If you don’t wish to be included, just let us know—we respect your privacy.
