❓Frequently Asked Questions (FAQS)

Do I need to be “good at dancing” to come?
Not even a little. I break down each song before we start, and we only do 4–5 simple moves per track. It’s a mix of dance and fitness — easy to follow, even if it’s your first time.

What kind of music do you play?
Only the good stuff. Think pop, R&B, hip hop and dance-floor classics. No covers, no elevator versions — just real tracks you’ll know and love.

Is it low impact?
It includes jumping and high-energy movement — but there are always low-impact options if you need them. You move how it feels good for you.

What should I bring?
A towel and a water bottle — that’s it. Wear comfy clothes you can move in. Trainers are great, or go barefoot if you prefer.

Will I feel out of place if I come alone?
No chance. Loads of people come solo. There are no cliques, no mirrors, no pressure — just good vibes and women moving together.

What ages is this for?
We’ve got women from their 20s to their 70s. Everyone’s welcome, and everyone fits in — no matter how you move.

Where’s it held?
At Luxe Yoga & Fitness — 162 Harbord Road, Brookvale.
